  • Water activities are not part of this package.

  • You are responsible for carrying your own equipment, such as bags, trekking poles, etc.

  • As you’ll be exploring nature, please don’t expect luxury. Washrooms are available only at the hotel/campsite, which you’ll reach during breakfast.

  • You acknowledge and accept the risks involved in the trip, which may vary depending on the destination.

  • When booking on our website, select the previous day's date for a sunrise trek the next morning.

Booking Procedure

💰 Pay ₹1000 in advance & share the screenshot on WhatsApp for confirmation.

💰 Balance amount will be collected at the start of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

• Advance amount is non-refundable if you cancel.

  If canceled due to natural disasters or government restrictions, your advance will be carried forward to another trip.

Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum of 10-12 participants is required to organize a trek.

• If the minimum number of bookings is not reached, we will offer an alternative trek or provide a full refund.

• Our facilities are clean and basic, but not luxurious.

• TRIPZIO is not responsible for any personal belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.

• We have set pick-up and drop-off points; please make your own transportation arrangements to reach the designated pick-up point.

• TRIPZIO is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.

• Any participant consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays during the event will be removed from the trek without prior notice, and no refund will be given. Such participants must arrange their own return transportation, as TRIPZIO will not be responsible for their departure.

• Littering, smoking, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during the trek or outdoors at any time.

• In the event of unexpected weather conditions or government restrictions, some activities may be canceled. We will attempt to offer an alternative activity, but no refund will be issued in such cases.

• If we cancel the event, a full refund will be provided to all participants.

• Cancellations or refunds are processed by a third party based on their policies.

• Tickets, once booked, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time at the venue.
