0-15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Once your refund is processed, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government-imposed restrictions, some trips or activities may be cancelled. In such instances, we will make every effort to offer a viable alternative, but no refund will be provided.

Cancellations are strictly governed by the policies outlined on the website and are applicable regardless of the booking date.

Terms & Conditions:

A minimum of 10-12 participants is required to organize a trek.
If the minimum number of bookings is not reached, we will offer an alternative trek or provide a full refund.
Our facilities are clean and basic, but not luxurious.
TRIPZIO is not responsible for any personal belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.
We have set pick-up and drop-off points; please make your own transportation arrangements to reach the designated pick-up point.
TRIPZIO is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
Any participant consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays during the event will be removed from the trek without prior notice, and no refund will be given. Such participants must arrange their own return transportation, as TRIPZIO will not be responsible for their departure.
Littering, smoking, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during the trek or outdoors at any time.
In the event of unexpected weather conditions or government restrictions, some activities may be canceled. We will attempt to offer an alternative activity, but no refund will be issued in such cases.
If we cancel the event, a full refund will be provided to all participants.
Cancellations or refunds are processed by a third party based on their policies.
Tickets, once booked, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time at the venue.
