Meals:

Breakfast, lunch and dinner (Either veg or non-veg for

lunch and dinner. Malnad style buffet will be provide with

both veg and non-veg delicacies for lunch and dinner)

Coffee/Tea/Milk.

Two vegetarian snacks during camp fire.

Activities:

Play in the pond (Natural pool) near to the home stay. OR

4*4 drive to the waterfalls.(Additional â‚¹ 1200/- per jeep)

Trek to unexplored lands.

Visit to Devaramane viewpoint (Guest own vehicle).

Camp Fire set up.

Accommodation:

Will be provided in our home stay on multiple sharing basis.

Please note below our cancellation and other policies.

Two weeks before the trip date â€“ full refund.

One week before the trip date â€“ 50% of advance amount will be refunded.

Less than one week before the trip date â€“ No refund.

Minimum guarantee is the minimum number of guests that have been agreed to visit our property. If the team size reduces below this number than the team has to pay for the minimum agreed number of guests.

Children above 3 years are charged half of the tariff and children above 10 years will be charged full tariff.

Credit and Debit Cards are not accepted.

Once confirmed and advance transferred the teams cannot postpone their trip. This would automatically imply the above cancellation policy.

After arrival at the home stay the team will not be allowed to change the package. E.g. a two days one night package cannot be changed to a one day one night package after arrival. However, the duration of stay can be extended depending on availability and consent from your end towards the new tariff.
